From acclaimed author of The Jesus Storybook Bible (which we’re HUGE fans of here), Sally Lloyd-Jones, comes a brand new how-to book, making three in the “series.”

How to Get a Job…By Me, the Boss is a chuckle-worthy book that shows kids exactly what they need to do to snag their first job.
This quite well-read narrator (big sister) and her sidekick sibling teach you everything you need to know to land a gratifying profession. From the interview prep to the interview itself, the preparation of the resume and the execution of the job’s specific duties, you’re sure to have all you need to succeed within this handy guide.
Whether your little one wants to be a doctor, a teacher, or a waitress, there’s good advice and helpful hints in here for all. Silly banter make this story hard to get through without laughing (we were all cracking up!), and Sue Heap’s illustrations are spot-on for making the humor soar.

How to Be a Baby…By Me, the Big Sister, a previous release (and a New York Times Bestseller) is just as cute and charming.
Now in paperback, this book tells everything a baby can and CAN’T do (more can’ts than cans), but explicitly lays it all out in case kids wonder what it was like way back when. By the end of the book, most kids will heartily agree that babyhood isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, realizing that growing up isn’t so bad.
Just like the newer title, How to Be a Baby kept my family laughing throughout. Sally Lloyd-Jones has a knack for clever wording and wit.
Both books, published by Random House, can be ordered from a variety of online retailers and bookstores nationwide. (Click the book cover images above to be taken to the page of online retailer links for each.)
(Also check out the other book like these, How to Get Married…By Me, the Bride!)
