We love dog shows!
My daughter and I watch them on television whenever we can. Since we have a stubborn and hard-to-train terrier in our family, it’s amazing to us to see such disciplined and studious dogs walk, climb, and perform on command!
New for May 2011, Schleich introduced a new play pack, the Dog Agility Scenery Pack!
Like all other Schleich products, the Schleich Dog Agility Scenery Pack features figures that are of solid construction (no glued joints) and are hand-painted. It’s called a “scenery pack” because the Border Collie figure is paired with add-ons (a see-saw, weaving and jumping poles, and an a-frame) that cannot bought separately; put together they can create a “lively, pictorial scene.” Schleich introduced six of these scenery packs this spring!
Here’s a little history about Schleich:
Schleich was founded 75 years ago by Friedrich Schleich in Schwäbisch Gmünd. It’s one of the largest toy manufacturers in Germany and is a leading provider of original play concepts internationally. The famous toy figurines from Schleich are sold in over 50 countries and have found their way into children’s rooms all around the world. Each Schleich figurine is hand-painted and meets and exceeds all European, Canadian and USA toy testing standards.
The Dog Scenery Pack is available at Toys R Us, Target, online retailers and specialty stores, and retails for $24.99 in the US and $29.99 in Canada.
