The Little Experience

I am excited to share with you a unique assortment of crafty kits for kids. The Little Experience, based in the UK, packages some of the cutest, most eclectic, and fun craft and how-to kits around. Their mission? To “create quality time memories for today’s busy parents and their media savvy kids.”

The Little Experience has a wide selection of crafty kits for all ages, kits that can match up to any type of interest or skill your little ones might have or want to learn. There are four main categories within their store: Create-It, Build-It, Stitch-It, and Knit-It. Just take a look at what they’ve come up with:

The Build-It Space Explorer Kit

The Create-It Enchanted Castle Kit

The Stitch-It Bedtime Bear Kit

What’s the coolest? The Little Experience kits are all recycleable in that their boxes & packaging can be taken apart, cut, and reconstructed into something new to play with that accompanies your finished toy! For instance, the Stitch-It Bedtime Bear Kit’s box, with just a few cuts and light assembly, becomes a Teddy Bear’s Picnic playset!

The Little Experience is indeed based in the UK, but it is available at many specialty stores all over the US, and their stock is expanding. You can also find them at select online retailers, as well as via their Amazon.com storefront. Soon, US residents will be able to order directly from their USA catalog on their site and have their kits shipped right to the doorstep!

Win it! I have a Knit-It Elephant kit from The Little Experience available to give away to one of you! Simply look around a while at The Little Experience and tell me another kit, not mentioned in this review, that your kids would love to make. I’ll close the contest at 11pm EST next Sunday, April 5th, 2009. Sorry; US entries only (since I am covering postage), and duplicate commenters will be disqualified. Good luck!
