I made the Black Bean Burritos (I’ll double the recipe next time!) and the Italian Lentil Soup ( I actually made it twice last week!) I’m always looking for high-protein,meatless meals and these will definitely go in my recipe box for keeps. We’re not totally veggie but try to do more meatless than meaty. :) Thanks for posting!
