Last night before I started cooking dinner, I drew up a list of objects with illustrations to the side. I made it into a checklist of sorts….a scavenger hunt in picture format.
I gave G the list, a pencil, and my camera. He set off, taking photos of everything on the list, checking them off as he went. (His sister wasn’t wanting to participate in the game, but that didn’t bother G any.)
Uploading and viewing the photos was so much fun!
…and the thing that begins with “T?”

G’s tummy. (*tee * hee!*)
I have no clue where I first read about this idea — one of the many books from the library, I guess. I don’t know why I waited! G had so much fun!

Love this idea! I’m planning on gifting a kid’s digital camera to my daughter for Christmas or her 4th b-day (1 month apart). This would be a great introductory project. Thanks for the idea!
p.s. I’m the gal who won The Jesus Storybook Bible from your giveaway way back. We still enjoy it- Thanks! I’m now blogging more regularly and including educational and artistic explorations- check it out!

This is a GREAT idea! I think I’ll use it to keep my boys busy for a little while tomorrow – thanks!
