Cookout at farm (Ken and the kids made Ultimate M&M Cookies to bring)

Mexican Black Bean Rice Bowls (Ken’s new favorite dish)
Tortilla Chips
**As you can see, we had several events this week, so I didn’t have to cook a whole lot, which was a nice break. This coming week, we’re starting on our kitchen mini-renovation, so I have no clue how much I’ll be able to cook. It may be a lot of restaurant take-out and crock-pot meals. I feel so in limbo! **

Hey Meg! The Shrimp Po Boy link worked last week, but it’s not working now. I think it may be an issue with their website. I really wanted to make those for my hubby this week, and was wondering if you had printed or saved the recipe. I would love it! Thanks for awesome menu ideas!
