MTM – Halloween Edition

Another MTM theme this time — halloween! I had fun making this Muffin Tin Monday meal!

Found this creative little sandwich idea from Family Fun: Pumpkin Roll-Ups. So sweet to look at — and very tasty! Love those sun-dried tomato wraps.

We spent the afternoon outdoors, so it was only natural to tote out the MTMs so the kids could enjoy them in this brisk (finally) fall weather we’re having.

MTM outdoors!

I didn’t want to actually make it spooky, so we mainly stuck with foods that are white, orange, black and purple. A few fun, festive things were thrown in, though!

(Left to right, top to bottom: Pumpkin Roll-Ups, pizza goldfish, bran cereal (“worms”), blueberry applesauce, carrot sticks, olive “spider,” purple grapes, candy corn cookies (fun to make…and eat!), raisin “ants,” fall leaf bread & jam, banana “ghost,” and jumbo CheezIts).
