Though it’s been terribly hot here lately, the sky has been so beautiful to behold. Some of the bluest, haze-free skies have been over our house this year, complete with billowing, fluffy, white clouds.
Here’s a way to capture this in a fun dessert for the kids: Sky Jello (thanks to Huber Hof Academy for the how-to).
We tried it and it was breathtakingly beautiful! Almost as beautiful as the sky itself.
