Monday’s List o’ Links

- I have a great link for you today….do I ever. Introducing TOTLOL. It’s a communitiy-moderated site where kid-friendly YouTube videos can be viewed. YouTube is a scary place; I never let G on it unsupervised. This site helps him navigate fun videos more easily. Now I can hover over his shoulder because I want to watch these with him, not because I’m safeguarding!

- Need a great way to help a stressed-out girlfriend out? Get inspired here. What a story.

- A whole smorgasboard of kitchy, vintage prints and ads for you to pore over (or giggle at, whichever).

- In view of skyrocketing food prices, maybe this will help. I’ll be turning to it this week for help with our menus: Cheap & Easy Recipes.

- Anybody remember these bracelets? I had one with gold glitter in it that got stuck in a swimming pool drain (it ruined when I tried to retrieve it). Now I can make some for Rainey to enjoy! What a flashback.

- Hello Kitty was appointed tourism ambassador of Japan this week. Way to go, HK! (Thanks for the heads up via Twitter, Lanna.)

- Really, really, real shadow puppets. Oh, my word. I can see Ken and my Dad having a hay-day with this project.

Great links–thanks for including me! Who knew Hello Kitty was so powerful?
